When selling vinyl to Output Records we ask that you please review this guide to understand our process.

1. You must call into the store or stop by without your record collection to see if we are scheduling appointments.

3. Our turnaround time ranges from 2 to 5 days before we can get back to you with an offer.
   • We are a small store, often with only one person working, it takes time to review and assess the value. We appreciate your patience.
4. Your vinyl is safe to stay in the store while we review.
5. We will pay cash or offer in-store credit, your choice.
   • Inside Tip: You get more value if you trade in for in-store credit!
6. We will not guarantee that we will buy 45s, 78s, tapes, or all the vinyl you bring in.
7. Inspect and clean your vinyl before bringing them to us. The correct vinyl should be in the correct cover and we do not accept vinyl without record covers.
   • Inside Tip: The more ready the vinyl is for our shelves, the more money you will get!
8. If you have a large collection (500+) we will consider coming to you after reviewing a provided list and photos of your collection.
   • This appointment will require scheduling. We will not know how soon we can get an appointment set with you until you and our buyers work out a time that works for everyone.
9. All of the above applies to cassette tapes as well.
